This article will explained how to use the model / pattern feature and what can be done with it.
- Once you selected your ticket form, you will have to chose your target field (User or Organization)
- If I chose "User", the dropdown menu will show the standard and custom user fields I can use as a target :
In my example, I chose the Zendesk standard field "Name" - If I want to create my own model (pattern), I need to chose the Model source type :
- A text field will now be available allowing you to create your own model / pattern :
- To create your own model / pattern, it's important to :
- Use double Curly Bracket with the ticket field name (standard or custom) :
- Ex : [[First Name]]
- Use the exact name of your ticket field (as seen per an agent)
- You can combine ticket field :
- Ex : [[First Name]] [[Last Name]]
- You can also add text with in addition of the ticket field :
- Ex : Full Address : [[Street address]] - [[Zip/postal code]] - [[City]]
- Use double Curly Bracket with the ticket field name (standard or custom) :
