1- Once the app is installed in your Zendesk account, you can access the app in the menu sidebar :
2- Click on the wrench icon, then select "Agent signature" as a target category
3- Select the agent that need a new / modified signature :
4- You are now able to create / modify the agent signature and visualise the preview live on the right side :
5- Do not forget to save the configuration once the signature creation / modification is done.
PS :
- Agent avatar is the profile picture that could be added in an agent profile :
If there is no image selected for an agent, Zendesk will use a default one :
- Pseudo is the Alias defined in the agent profile :
- the placeholders {{current_user.email}} / {{current_user.phone}} / {{ticket_brand_image}} retrieve the email address of the selected agent / the phone number of the selected agent / the brand image defined in the Zendesk settings
