In the application panel on a ticket, once the application is installed, you will have the option to :
- Choose whether or not to apply a signature when sending a new comment
- Choose "Brand signature"
- Define whether the signature should be applied to a public reply, an internal note or both
- Display or not the preview of the signature that will be applied to the ticket
Once the signature is set, it will be applied to all ticket updates (public response, an internal note or both).
NB : if you change the ticket brand but the app was already loaded, you will have to refresh the app so the new ticket brand could be loaded before applying the signature.
